So now that I have sent in all my applications for medical schools and what not......what to do.

This past weekend I finished up my college scrapbooks! *Tears* Making me very sad that I am not in Tucson with my friends, staying up until midnight, running between our rooms with a funny video or hilarious tweet we found. Here are a couple of my favorite pages from my scrapbooks!!

These are some fun pictures my roommates and I took together on campus! I have posted these pictures on about every social media platform, but they were just too cute to keep to myself!

These are pictures from my junior year of college!! My roomies and I again! We had an entire photoshoot in our living room for our roommate Christmas card! LOL! We set up a whole backdrop, went out and got matching pajamas, and had some lights set up. It was a whole production, but once again, so cute!

This page, I was playing with some glitter. Sorry mom, it is now all over the house, I'll clean it later! This is me and my BFF with our matching caps. My cap says "Do you have your exit buddy?" and her cap says "Yes I have my exit buddy." *crying* It's a little quote from Finding Nemo when Dory and Marlin are about to swim out of the Australian Current after meeting Crush and Squirt, LOL.

Other than getting my craft on, I went to the driving range with my birth-givers. I am truly NOT TERRIBLE! But, you know when you step up and set up a great shot and then you totally miss the ball and proceed to throw your back out? Yeah, LOL, that happens about every fifth shot for me. So, yes, I am SORE from GOLFING. This me NOT throwing my back out!! LOL.

Oh, wait, just kidding. I wasn't done crafting yet. In my last post I said I was going to try to make deckled paper with recycled newspaper......well I did it!! I am still trying to perfect the technique which is actually very difficult, but it's coming along!! I want to try this week to use some food coloring to have some different colors and test out painting on it, as well! I ended up making my own Mould and deckle!! I used a couple of canvases I had laying around, removed the canvas, added some screen, and BAM! Mould and deckle! Here are the fruits of my labor, again, sorry mom I will clean the backyard later, LOL.

I had to update my chalkboard this weekend, as well. You know, its officially fall now even though it's still like 100 freaking degrees here, but you know, it's fine, whatever.

I almost forget that I graduated with a Health Science degree when I realize how much arts and crafts I do!

When I was in high school, I was swimming for two hours a day, going to the gym, and eating so healthy. I maintained that fairly well when I went to college, at first, but like many people, I stopped working out, I was drinking, snacking, and having the time of my life. I really enjoyed my college experience so much and wish I could go back. However, I have totally lost my healthy lifestyle and it weighs heavy on me every day (IDK if I intend the pun or not). I wake up every day telling myself "I am going to start today" and by days end, I tell myself its OK to eat that Reese's or those chips. COVID and quarantine have definitely been rough on the eating portion of my life. I think balance is super important and keeping foods you enjoy in your diet is vital, but I somehow overdo it every time. I am the type of person that needs a lot of structure in my life to follow through with certain things. So with that, my badass mom and I are joining weight watchers!! I believe that all bodies are beautiful and that accepting who you are is an important part of living a happy life, however, I feel more confident in myself when I am healthy, strong, and lean. So with that, I think I'll start using my blog as a way to hold myself accountable and share some yummy recipes and fun workouts I find along my journey back to a healthy me! I'm definitely not a salad and chicken sorta person so I'll be on the hunt for some BOMB recipes!!

Well, I think that sums up my recent activities while I'm waiting to see what my next steps are in my education journey!! Shout out to some fabulous women who subscribed to my blog: Lori, Melissa, Nahed, Kelly, and my momma Terri!! Thank you!
